Exactly, The 3rd did have a powerful Raiton, in which he was the only person that could harm himself.

He never went up against a defense such as a perfect Susanoo, nor an MS user with Blaze Release.

its hard to say who will win nobody would have given sasuke a chance against the 4th raikage until they actually fought and sasuke did pretty good.

Honestly shouldn't anything Amaterasu harm him? If he doesn't cut off that part of his limb than it will just spread and get worse. Ever since Sasuke was able to coat Amaterasu on his weapons along with Armor, he's become pretty deadly..

Not to mention he still has things like rings of Amaterasu and what-not. The Raikage can't really pressure Sasuke without getting close and in the range of Susano'o, so I don't really see how he can outlast him in that aspect. Honestly the idea of any ninja with actual intelligence, much less Sasuke, getting outlasted because he can't harm him 5-10m in front of him sees silly. Sasuke dodged V1 A too and even got the hit with Chidori there, and I don't really see anything about the 3rd being a lot faster than A (Especially with what A said).

The 4rd could simply dodge his attacks and force Susano to stay up and stall if need be cause if he drops it he is dead..

When it stated “Raiton Armor” is purpose to prevent genjutsu because it stated it is used to electrically stimulate the user’s nervous system, there for genjutsu cannot mess with their chakra flow because the lightning traveling through their nervous system.

But here the deal. Sasuke has no strength to destroy 3rd Raikage.

As Matter of fact, Sasuke has no jutsu that is equal scale of Rasen Shuriken.

3rd Raikage will penetrate through Susanoo.

We saw how AMaterasu works with Raiton Armor, it doesn’t burn the user instantly..

If Sasuke use Amaterasu on raikage finger, He will finger sasuke with it, it will just pierce through susanoo and he will stab sasuke with it then that amterasu on his finger will burn sasuke skinny meat inside of his body.

That guy Toe to Toe with 8th Tail biju dama. even 8th tail stated there that he is tough. and a rampage beast always use biju dama LOL. Talk about your 23 KM biju dama. If 3rd Raikage evade 23 KM biju dama, then he is faster than sasuke or narutard

i never said sasuke is a moron and lately he just rushes in to battles becoz he has got an attitude like madara ( he is invincible)
whereas naruto is more analytical in the battles
however there is no doubt if sasuke uses his mind this might be a draw even
but i am inclined towards raikage a bit just becoz of his chakra and his feats
sasuke is almost nowhere before him

Naruto won because he talked to the 8 tails and figured out how to hurt the 3rd.....Sasuke will not have that info in a fight

And the spikes are a dense which Raikage will be heading towards, not a dodgeable TBB heading towards Raikage.

your mistaken the 3rd Raikage didnt dodge biju dama....he tanked it

If I had to choose one person to adapt to the situation, I'd go with the one that has more intelligence feats. The ones that are under pressure actually end up being forced to make better plans, believe it or not. Saves them from their cocky attitude and forces them to try something new. Seeing as how Sasuke got an Amaterasu shield and a full Susano'o almost instantly in different scenarios, he's pretty safe from the Raikage tbh. The commander had enough time to pluck Naruto from the Third Raikage's path and create a suitable defense before the Third Raikage actually attacked - he can't be that far away from Sasuke if he expects to scare Sasuke enough to force Susano'o on him

I believe it will be difficult but the power told to be in his focus ability. ONly move that has ever hurt him. Said to be much more than a Bijuu bomb so i would assume based on it being WAY stronger than Rasen and or a Bijuu bomb and its focused point strength he could. - High difficulty but i think Rai. TBH I think a perfect Susanoo is miles ahead of a mere rib cage. And we never got see what Sasuke's Amaterasu spikes could have done to A.

imo no one can dodge it logically becoz the blast radius of the tbb is so huge the other one will get f**ked
