i think Tupac is still the best, but lil wayne is pretty close, if only he starts rapping about real shit not just about money cars clothes and girls

2pac or Biggie. These two are without a doubt the most talented and diverse rappers.

Big, in terms of flow and likeability of tracks. Pac in terms of message and inflence. Jay in terms of achievement in the industry

Either Tupac, Eminem, or Tech N9ne. Pac has the most soul and emotion in his music, Tech has the most lyrical brilliance, and Em has the most clever lyrics. If there was someone who had it all, I'd take them, but sadly, there's not.

I like Big over Pac, but in terms of the last 10 years it's gotta be Eminem.......I say that because over time it'll only be natural for us to slowly move away from Big and Pac, so I say that minus them Eminem is the best.....

Since C3, he's pretty much fallen off, mainly cause he says the same thing on every single song now. He had a few meaningful songs on C3 (Tie My Hands stands out), but Rebirth-C4 was pretty much trash. Really, his best album would probably be Tha Block is Hot, cause that's his most diverse one. I'll listen to him from time to time, cause he's still catchy as hell, but he's not that good anymore.

what i would say about lil wayne is that he's a smart rapper, made to entertain and create catch phrases.

That is true, 6 foot 7 foot is the best example of that imo. But, the sad part about it is that what he's talking about when he says "Real G's move in silence like lasagna" is the same thing he's talking about when he says "I put up a wall and they just wallpaper".

Currently, Either Hopsin or Earl Sweatshirt.

But for all time, either NAS, Tupac, Biggie, or Old Dre.

The order: Biggie > Nas> Tupac> Old Dre.
