It doesn't matter, Kakashi is lower so how would Tsunade not win. I don't know how you can possibly user that. Kakashi would have to Raikiri her several time remember she cannot die very easily. Whereas one punch would finish her.

Kakashi has been hit one time. Once. That was Kakazu. All of his fights and we've seen him get hit one time. And you think Tsunade is going to land a hit on Kakashi? Fail.

I'm not going to get into the debate about how strong she is and all that jazz.

But i will say Tsunade is the best Kage out of all the Hokages and read on before you flame. By no means do i mean the strongest, honestly i think she is the weakest when you compare her Jutsu variety to the others. But she is best suited for the position of Hokage than all the others because all the others have only shown their ability to fight. Tsunade has shown many things. She is undeniably the best healer in the Narutoverse that we know of, living or dead, she has been shown to react quickly and organize Konohagakure Shinobi in good effect and most importantly she makes use of all the assets of Konoha. She uses her Shinobi to maximize their abilities.

And who can tank 4th Raikage´s punch? No-one. That´s the trick - dodging, defending. The real question is - who can she touch and kill? From the top tier guys, it´s nearly no-one.

Kakashi? Guy? Minato? Madara? Hashi? Not in a thousand years. She would be obliterated by any of the Akatsuki (maybe with the sole except of Hidan, if she plays it right with her vitalizing skill, because in my eyes he is as dumb as a coconut... I can´t help myself).

That´s why I believe she is not in the top 25. As I said, she isn´t weak, but her main skills are leading the village and her healing skills. That´s not enough..

I do believe the same, only that Sarutobi was better.. but that may be because the pace of the story is somewhat faster now. Nevertheless, she is the best person for being a Hokage in Konoha right now.

your being dumb hidan was defeated by the niju shotai and needed kakuzu's help while tsunade would easily dominate them. Sakura was able to fight back agaisnt the iron sand so tsunade could as well. Tsunade has healed from many strong attacks so she can tank some of his though im not saying she can kakuzu.

Like I said, before and in the original post. She will have to be hit several times by them because she will keep healing and in that time, there is a high possibility she will land one punch. Im not comparing her to Hashi or Madara. And Tsunade could take the Raikage's puch and be fine within seconds. I need to go to bed though. Please if you have read the original post please do. If I can't change your minds you can keep believing that crap even though there is a lot of evidence to the contrary
