Agreed! If Itachi were healthy or edo he would be just about as strong as Madara and maybe smarter. Madara likes to underestimate and play with his enemies, Itachi gives his too much credit and kills them quickly.

What is up with your logic? Naruto is all about counters... The kages have nothing to compete with madara but that doesnt mean that you need 5 ninjas that do.. Itachi's Legendary shield and sword are viable enough to take on ANY AND ALL EDO. Izanagi changes fate.. So say madara dodges the sword or wait no he didn't.. Hm i mean if you are giong to take a stand use the situation provided and go not just a bold un-supported statement...

Their best chance is that Edo Kakashi gets intimidated by Madara enough to use Kamui. This sort of does fit into Edo Madara's cocky nature so it may work, but that's really the only way I can see them winning (as in most threads when Kakashi is fighting top tier opponents)
