Kabuto's Impure World Reincarnation

I dont know if this has been answered but, why didn't Kabuto use the Impure World Reincarnation to summon Jiraiya or Orochimaru???? (or anyone else strong that i am missing?) Jiraiya was strong and was Naruto's teacher. Kabuto reurrected Asuma and a couple of others who are semi-strong. Also does anyone know Kabuto's Goal after the war if he lives?

If ocochimaru is sealed do you think he will come out after the war so that there is still an ememy to fight? Or is he completely sealed and can't get out?

Jiraiyra is at the bottom of the ocean i know but when he was killed his blood is DNA and they could of used that right? i mean how was Asuma resurrected? His body was brought back to the leaf and buried there how would they get his DNA?

He said that he wanted to resurrect Jiraiya, but his body was at the bottom of a large lake where pressure would make it impossible to access. Orochimaru was sealed inside of the Totsuka Sword and thus isn't actually dead, so he can't be summoned.

Orochimaru is *Sealed* so cannot be summoned (He ain't fully sealed though). Plus, Kabtubo probably has something else up his sleeve.

For Jiraiya, Tobi just won't give him the DNA, because they do actually have it.

For Jiraiya he explained it, He said : I couldn't find Uchiha Shisui and Jiraiya's DNA. Because Jiraiya's body is in deep ocean, is not possible to reach.

1. Jiraiya is at the bottom of a lake. I don't think no one can go down there due to the extreme pressure caused by the water. But I do believe that Kabuto can Resurrect him if he had enough of his DNA. They probably have his DNA, but I don't think Kishimoto will write about Kabuto Resurrecting Jiraiya, because he died a noble death. Resurrecting him would be a total disrespect.

2. Orochimaru got sealed by the Sword of Totsuka. I don't believe he can be resurrected by Kabuto.

im not sure about jman as i dont see why kabuto would lie to tobi about not being able to summon jman so we have to wait and see there id say its a small chance of jman coming back.
as for oro i believe kabuto will lose control of his power and a new like oro may take over his body something like that happened to sasuke vs itaichi
