Sasuke low to mid difficulty. There isn't much more to say than that. Hiruzen doesn't have anything powerful enough to break through susanoo, he doesn't have the speed to avoid amaterasu, he doesn't have the speed to avoid susanoo arrows, and his chakra is very low in his old age meaning he can't fight for very long.

Hiruzen's only shot is reaper death seal.

Sasuke in Mid to High Diff. or maybe Draw but old Hiruzen can not handle it i think. But we can not know he defeated 2 former kage + orochimaru at same time. If he would beat Sasuke it is not a big surprise for me.

so could the sasuke we've seen. he fought all 5 kage and did about as well as hiruzen did. hashirama was forced to be a mindless puppet spamming jutsu and toying with hiruzen. hiruzen was not winning. and tobirama and oro mostly just stood around watching.
