Anyone teach Rasengan?

Do you have to be a certain rank to learn Rasengan?

If not, may someone please teach me Rasengan. I am a very patient student and don't mind if its even once a week. I may not be of the rank to use it yet but I would like to have something extra to keep me motivated whilst training.

If you think you can or would like to, permissions aside, you can let me know here or you can VM/PM me.

Sorry if I sound needy. I am just asking.

For Rasengan, you need to be capable of using A-ranked techniques, which means you will have to wait untill you're a Jounin.

oh and one more thing.... umh this is not a good way to ask for training, you should check out the Sensei's profiles to see for information about if they have space for students and ask them via VM/PM.

To elaborate a bit more. Most sensei's won't teach you just a specific tech. I only say most as I know some do. Plus rasengan itself is a 3 part training process ~_~. If you got a teacher for nin, i'd just wait. In the future just ask me, i shall pass on information of what I know, though be warned. I don't know much haha
