I'd say the same. Her seal should heal her from most of the injuries she receives and she'll get to Mei/Summon Katsuyu eventually. Remember that concentrating chakra to the feet lets a ninja (especially one with good chakra CONTROL) move fast temporarily.

In fact with her arm strength normal sized rocks would be deadly. Imagine her throwing rocks like a baseball. Super Strength does give the advantage of long range attacks. And it didn't take her too long to close this gap

Closing a gap doesn't appear to be too much of a problem for Tsunade and logically attacking from a distance would present too much of a problem either.
