in all honesty MS Sasuke would win out of the two granted SM Naruto would put up a great fight but how the story is everytime Sasuke improves naruto falls behind to jump over top of him, if his SM mode would be enough to take him on he wouldn't need KM. example Naruto started to win the first big battle sasuke unlocked his third tomoe and his level increased, naruto gains SM, Sasuke gains MS, Naruto gets KM, Sasuke gained EMS, now Naruto has BM mode, so guess my guess is Sasuke will gain Rin.
So Based on that theory I would say MS Sasuke would win.

Nice Theory! But sage mode increases strength and speed as well as gives you control of nature chakra soo Naruto could potentially out run amaterasu/susanoo arrows and hit sasuke with massive rasengan barrage or frog kumite
