Dude what we don't know how it works in Narutoverse Kushina still kept her last name. Btw i dont have my dads last name so you do not have to have your parents last name.

Tobi has has about 100 eyes since the uchiha massacre your point ? His eye was not crushed it was pushed back into his eye socket.

And also if obito did survive his his own eye wouldn't work on him so if kakashi is was around it's best he doesn't even waste his chakra by trying to use it on him.

It will convince you that tobi could be obito Im not saying he is im just saying it is not impossible.

There is only one legitimate argument against my theory and that is about tobi controlling the Yagura (the 4th mizukage) my only argument to that is maybe there's a reason why that masked man was long haired and the one today is not.
