Hmm, at first I thought they put her as Hokage because she was good at the job, not because she was strong. So I was completely content not seeing her fight, because as a Kage, fighting isn't your primary concern. So seeing as she can also back up her strength is a big plus from me I'm perfectly content with her as she is, she's already exceeded my expectations.

At this point the only reason she's still alive is, excluding plot no jutsu, because Madara has let her live. He could've killed her at any given point as he was basically playing around with the Kage and testing their strength.
