cause first itachi was already injured before the fight and coufhjing blood and he fought suske and orchimaru and killedd orchimuru and u find later that he did not want to kill suske so he let suske live and in not point did suske kill him at one point suske shit his pants when itchi poinbts his finger at the end before he dies from illness
