Can Byakugan transform into rinnegan too?

i mean the facts for the sharingan are there so if byakugan is an extension of the doujutsu of So6P then should'nt byakugan also be able to get Rinnegan too?

there are a few subtle facts that can be said they can be connected. oriented from the leaf village, 2 powerful clans that have been around many years, and they have incredible ocular powers that can sense chakra. these are just assumptions of course dont hold me to it too much

I think its very underrated as well. When the clans came together to start villages, maybe the hyuugas lived very close by and decided to join them.
