Mmm, I understand where you're coming from. An MS tech would require more chakra to produce, subsequently, he'd run out of chakra more quickly. So I could see why you would say 3T > MS. It's really all about his situation and if he needs a powerhouse hit or be able to move around a lot. Just my opinion. I'd have to say MS wins because he could choose not to use Kamui and have the ability to run around and whatnot

now vs pain he did ms 2 times he did lighting blade many times and he did lighting beast and a lighting clone and a earth wall so you can see with ms he has done more

kakashi has above normal stamina if you look at him currently in war he beat 7 ninja sword men and is holding is own vs the jins not many have the chakra reserves to do that.

okay did he even has a dip in stamina and its not like he uses it every time. he didnt use it against kakuzu, didnt use it in the war so far. his stamina has grown beyond what it was he is better now, he lost against pein for his stamina true but he actually destroyed asura path and would have managed to take out deva path too
