NARUTO’s Voice Actors Revealed New Information About NARUTO: Road to Ninja

NARUTO’s seiyūs (voice actors) Junko Takeuchi (Naruto’s voice actress) and Kazuhiko Inoue (Kakashi’s voice actor) had a talk show in Laguna Gamagori as one of the special event of “NARUTO – Memories of Chakra in Lagunasia” on May 5th. There they gave the fans who were attending the talk show a few spoilers about this year’s movie – NARUTO: Road to Ninja.

This year’s movie will not be an original story like they’ve been up until now – it will follow the original work. That means the movie’s plot has something to do with the actual story -> not a filler

There is a reason why all the characters shown in the movie announcement poster (with the exception of Naruto, Minato and Kushina) have a different appearance – and it’s connected with Tobi’s genjutsu.

There are so many naruto fans in Japan.

It is probably a scenario or simulation made up by Tobi to see possible flaws or moves he can make ahead doing his "Moon Eye Plan" to prevent its failure. At the end of the movie, it would probably show Tobi at the "Valley of End" sitting on top of Madara's statue-head facing Hashirama.

<LOL> I just predicted it. I doubt it would happen. I do not feel the same way though. It would be just like Blood Prison. <LOL> However, since words of it being "Cannon" and Kishi is working on it himself than it might just be some where during Tobi's "Moon Eye Plan." Kishi is probably making these the end of Naruto Special. How it would effect the Manga is unknown. He would probably do the Manga differently. Hopefully.

Lol blood prison was horrible. It has so many plot holes.

Judging from the trailers the movie is set in the fourth ninja war and naruto has a whole new costume design. Usually canon movies have manga chapters that are long and have a major impact on the story.

if it is cannon then it might have something to do with kishi making the kabuto and uchiha bros fight longer in the manga so he'll probably just do sasuke and itachi vs kabuto then 5 kages vs madara to make it lead up to naruto with konoha 11 vs tobi, just in time for the movies premiere

How do we know this movie doesn't finish it all? It could all end with the rasengan - just the way we like it.

So, wait...the different costumes the characters have are related to Tobi's genjutsu...So Tobi really is a dirty little man, I mean, look at Hinata's outfit.

This is great, though. But it won't be a filler, hm? That sounds odd, very odd...if the war arc isn't finished, then that means the movie will be about the war, right? At least if it's related to the main story.

Maybe the movie will show the entire fight between Tobi and Naruto's pals? By then, the story should have moved on from the Kabuto and Madara fight scenes.
