Tobi wins. In speed and power. In the episode with minato v tobi minato himself said his ftg wasnt as fast as tobis teleportation. But overall power wise, they were about equal. But tobis stronger jutsus made up for that, and the distance range of ftg balanced minato. I think if tobi really wanted minato dead he couldve done it then.

If you look at things this way, unless Tobi can somehow warp Minato, Minato has the greater chance of winning. Like some people have already mentioned, it all comes down to how fast an Edo can come back, as Edo Minato will "die" a few times in this matchup. If it takes some time, then Tobi can teleport and warp Minato away. If the Edo returns instantaneously, Tobi virtually has no chance of winning.

In the Narutoverse, intellect>power. Just look at Shikamaru vs Hidan (extreme example, I know!), but the fact is, Minato is a genius, who can out-maneuver and out-think Tobi. Minato is an incredibly analytical person, who can deduce conclusions very quickly. BUT Tobi has such incredible power at his disposal, that I think sheer intellect may not be enough for Minato to win, and he may have to resort to Dead-Demon Seal.

Edo doesn't regenerate instantly. All Tobi has to do is uproot the FTG kunai with Divine Attractor or TBB, and then get a huge hit on Minato. While he's regenerating, just warp him away.

Minato will win...He has nothing to worry about so can "suicide" a few times and really go for offensives. He figured out how to attack tobi in just a little while whilst under the most immense pressure.

Minato always has a few seals he could tele to so getting rid of all his FTG tele locations wouldn't be an issue.
