Because i just scientifically proved everything you just said wrong. Itachi is my favorite character by the way, and i can tell you're one of those people who reads the first page, thinks he knows exactly what the thread is about, takes one of the first comments and tries to start a debate at the end when the facts are already proven. My facts are backed by science and reason, yours are backed by you saying you're right because i'm wrong because you're right because i'm wrong. See how that doesn't work? Probably not.

Wow. I don't even know how to respond to this. 1. Everyone knows sound is not faster than light, you sound like you're in 5th grade. 2. The manga states that he moves instantaneously, that's what teleportation is. You should read the manga and what EVERYONE else in this thread has said and proved.

Naruto's eyes are not better than a sharingan, Naruto is just better than the Uchihas (in terms of speed and what they can see).

If Naruto were to be given a sharingan then he could see things going even faster than him.

I do understand what you are saying though, Naruto can see things moving faster than Sasuke/Itachi/Madara can, but a good way of simplifying it is this.

Naruto can only see things that are moving at the same speed or slower than he can move.

Sasuke on the other hand can see things multiple times faster than his self, it is just that since Sasuke is so much slower than Naruto he still can't see things at the same speed Naruto can.

Naruto is faster than FTG. Didnt u see him get past the Raikage to enter the war. Naruto now is the fastest shinobi alive.

If we want to get scientific, moving at the speeds Naruto moves at would cause him to burn apart/disintegrate from the friction. However, let's say his chakra cloak protects him from the friction. When he comes to instantaneous stops, his internal organs would crush against said chakra cloak, and his brains would be pure liquid (assuming Naruto has a brain to liquify).

As we all know, the sharingan allows the user to track movements of extremely fast enemies to the extent that they almost have a precognitive ability of seeing what their opponent is going to do.

Now, if you've ever seen a movie, then you know each second is made up of frames that move so fast your eyes can't physically process each frame individually and so they are all blended together to make it seem as if the movie is happening in real time. These frames move at 24 frames per second which means that each frame is put on screen for 1/24th of a second. Each second on screen uses 1.5 feet of reel for every 24 frames. Which means that anything moving at a speed of 1.5 feet per second is indistinguishable to the human eye.

Naruto as we also know, is now the fastest character in the manga, and probably the fastest character in the entirety of the world. [Naruto can move at speeds faster than Minato Namikaze's Flying Thunder God which is described as being near instantaneous (let's call it light-speed for argument's sake). The speed of light is approximately 989,315,111 feet/second, 659,543,407 x the speed of which the human eye can perceive.] [EDIT] I have recently been convinced/reminded that Naruto is not faster than FTG. Now, for argument's sake again, let's SAY FTG is the speed of light (which already is a huge compromise seeing as it's much MUCH faster than light). Faster than the human eye can make out, which means the scenery naruto is passing by seems to be moving that fast from Naruto's point of view, meaning if he can perceive the scenery around him, his eyes are on par with the sharingan. When moving at these speeds, it would be impossible to distinguish objects outside of you from each other because of the tunnel effect (even present when kakashi used his chidori for the first time). This could be remedied when fighting characters of an evil nature such as tobi and the tailed beasts due to his new ability to sense evil thoughts and feelings.

However, when using these speeds against opponents such as A, when near hinata, or when fighting characters brought back by the Edo Tensei who are not inherently evil but are being forced to fight against their will, his ability to sense negative emotions would not help in seeing or sensing where these people are.

With that said, naruto must be able to see his enemies and the terrain clearly while in his Nine Tails Chakra Shroud as he cannot use sage mode simultaneously. Therefor, naruto's eyes are AT THE VERY LEAST, on par with the sharingan.

That's all i have to say. I know it's a manga where people can breath fire and walk on water, but i just wanted to point out the science behind Naruto. xd

i can see that you are not a science student....einstein's theory of relativity says that when you are moving near light speed, time itself slows down...say you move around the earth at light speed for a week(as perceived by the mover)....in real time that would be 100 years of movement..so when someobody is moving that fast (for argument's sake) they have more time to perceive things than the opponent........im saying this presuming that the laws of physics are still valid in naruto's world coz its valid everywhere in the universe
and fyi.........for anybody who thinks neutrinos are faster than light........its already been proven wrong coz it was the result of faulty instruments.......

If you can move faster then light then the world around you must seem like no one is moving..... Or you have just entered a different dimension... If Naruto can move at a greater speed... you must factor in that he can reach a destination faster then normal... and when he is moving fast the world is moving slow around him.... so it is easy to dodge and move around things.... but I have yet to see Naruto casting any ninja magic from his eyes as of yet. So Sharingan is still better then Naruto's eyes...etc etc bla bla

First of all we've already covered that he's not moving at the speed of light. I compared the FTG to the speed of light seeing as how there's no way to measure instantaneous teleportation. Secondly that's all well and true if you're moving for increased amounts of time. Naruto however moves at these speeds for around 5 seconds, meaning that the time perceived by the mover would be around 8 seconds which means that everything is still moving past the user at speeds thousands of times faster than perceivable to the human eye.

Also the theory of relativity is in reference to two fixed objects both of which are moving at speeds near light speed. When only one source is moving so fast the other stays the same speed compared to the speed of light.

And besides, what you just said proved my point. If naruto is moving that fast (which i already said he's not) then to him he is moving for 100 years while they perceive him moving for a week. That means that all of his bodily processes are moving at increased speeds proportional to his own movement, that includes his sight, because if not then his body would not age 100 years and he would only perceive himself moving for one week.

I can see where you're coming from, but what you're doing is like saying "Naruto would be more powerful without a Sharingan." It makes no sense, the scientific facts on the other hand are intriguing. However the figures you've come up with (excluding the velocity of the speed of light) are somewhat "created" or "designed." If you know what I mean, you'll regret saying that Naruto's eyes are better than Sharingan. Nice thread though, it entertained me. Hahaha.
