Tsunade beats oro, Tobi could take on Madara, but KA is hax.... So team 2 wins here if Danzo uses. Though if he gets scalded by Lava, or ripped apart by a water jutsu, melted by mist, hit by a TBB, crushed by katsuyu, by katsuyu's acid and he'd use izanagi.... so yeah still team 2. Unless Tsunade had Katsuyu divided on to everyone. In which case when ever Danzo uses KA on a member of team 1 katsuyu could notice the change in behavior (as behavior would be radically different in battle) and snap them out of it possibly. So 8/10 team 2.
