Minato created the technique. Creating a technique and learning a pre-existing technique are obviously two completely different things, your comparison is invalid.

Onoki was exhausted and severely injured when he used his technique (remember, he'd stopped the giant meteorite from crashing down and killing them all earlier?), if anything that just shows how impressive Onoki is as a Kage, not how Naruto is on Kage level. Secondly, you have no idea how much chakra Naruto took from Kurama. That is another one of your baseless assumptions.

So he still had to do all thee stuff Minato had to do to make the rassengan Minato just had to do it on his own but naruto making it in 3 days even with a shadow clone is very impressive.

The Base Naruto Clone was also exhausted and injured if he was at full health he could have just went to KM and rassenshuriken and destroy the meteors Oonoki could only stop one. It was probadly a small amount my assuptions are pretty accurate dont ignore them just to be a hater.

Your assumptions aren't accurate at all because you still haven't given me a reason as to why you think it would be a small amount. If anything, you contradicted yourself. You stated the clone was exhausted and injured, which means he would've needed quite a lot of Kurama's chakra, not just a tiny bit.

Base Naruto just isn't Kage level. SM Naruto is. Get over it.

You said intelligence he needs alot more than intelligence to learn a tech like the Rasenshuriken if it took him 3 years to learn it by himself with a shadow clone he would probadly learn it much faster but 3 days that's crazy! In the rassenshuriken is even harder to learn so it would take much longer that's not downplaying him.

He has a enormous chakra suply so he could probadly go in SM sorry if i contradicted myself with the KM thing but with SM he can still spam it.
