Kakashi vs 4th Raikage

Yea, every body knows that Raikage is Chuck Schwarzenegger Norris but I think in intelect Raikage can't be compared with Kakashi. Kakashi copied min 1000 jutsus and can copy Raikage's moves. Raikiri and Sharingan increase Kakashi's speed on maximum and everybody knows Raikiri can break Raikage's armour.

Im giving this one to A, with High-Mid difficulty. Kakashi can avoid his atacks with sharigan, but he would have to do this constant, which is chakra draining...

Kakashi's lightining/Blade cannot break A's armor, only pierce it by little..

He was nominated for Kage at a time of crisis... and he was the most suitable person for the job at the time. But once Tsunade woke up, she was Hokage again. So ill say it again, Kakashi isn't Kage level. He is still high Jonin.

THANK you chidori is a weak underpowered version of the rakari + chidori was made by kakashi which at first had many flaws but he kept working on it till rakarie was born the jutsue that cut lightning in half:kakashi: ps sorry for my spelling

Raikage only has one arm so it should be cake predicting where his attacks are coming from, and he could constantly duck under his attack and counter with Raikiri, which will at minimum gravely wound him if not kill him. Raikiri is stronger than Chidori, that's like comparing Rasengan to Rasenshuriken.

Hidden Mist Jutsu would neutralize Raikages speed blitzes because he wouldn't be able to see Kakashi. While in the hidden mist tech Kakashi could either choose to end it with Kamui or a double Raikiri.

Raikiri is stronger than Chidori, that's like comparing Rasengan to Rasenshuriken.

no it isnt. FRS is a further developed version of rasengan merging it with an element. deidara called sasukes chidori a raikiri so they are pretty much the same exact jutsu
