Tobi is Sasuke's father!!!! It cannot be a clone of Madara because Kabuto himself indicated in his mind that Madara was not trying to follow Madaras exact plan thus indicating that his mind and ambition was somewhat different than Madara's. It seems Kabuto knows who he really is... Aside from that, It has to be Sasuke's father because when the Naruto was being born, the only person who knew about the birth was Sasuke's mom which Naruto's mom accidently told her.
This is the reason the Leaf thought that the Uchiha was behind the incident behind the nine tails attacking the village. When the nine tails attacked Itachi was taking care of Sasuke as a baby and he could not find his father. While this was going on Tobi was fighting against the fourth. After the incident the Uchiha was segregated against the village since they knew it was them. Itachi was ordered to spy in the Uchiha and he found out that his dad was planning a coup along with all the Uchiha. Thats when Danzo's ordered the assassination of the Uchia with the third's approval. Itachi couldnt do it by himself so he turned to Tobi who killed of all the Uchiha along with Itachi.
Now tobi has the cells of the 1st hokage which made zetsu, therefore he could of easily fake his death, just like kisame did. My theory is is that Sasuke's dad was trained by Madara. It is clear that Tobi and Madara were working together and that the Rinnegan was implanted to Nagato. He had implanted Madara's eye to Nagato since he was an Uzumaki and they would be able to control him.
Just for the age reason it has to be someone who is older, just by looking at his face. Since you see him fighting the 4th hokage it could never be obito. My final argument for this theory is the plot works since Sasuke is such a crucial part of his plan. No other character would have a significant inpact with Sasuke or the plot in general!
