Okay Senpai!

*I take a fighting stance in front of the dummy, with my right leg bent and my left leg straight with my left hand parallel to my left leg. I then push off with my right leg and jab the dummy with the index and middle finger of my left hand, the jab hits the right side of the dummy's chest. I then retract my hand and jab the dummy again in the left kidney with the index and middle fingers of my right hand. I then strike the dummy again in the throat with my left hand and then the left lung with my right hand. I continue to strike the dummy alternating with my hands. With each strike I insert chakra into the dummy from the point of contact. I continue striking the dummy in this pattern until I reach 15 strikes. Upon striking the 15th time I finish of with an open palm strike to the dummy's heart*

*I take a similar stance to the previous jutsu, I then focus my chakra throughout my body. Then I step my left foot across to just past my right foot, twisting my body accordingly. I then release all the built up chakra in my body out of all of my tenketsu and set around with my right foot, completing a perfect circle. I then step around once again completing another circle, while continuing to release chakra from all my tenketsu. I keep spinning and releasing chakra, thus creating a dome of chakra around me*

Advantage: Defends against most attacks
Disadvantage: you have to stay on one spot to perform this jutsu

*I assume the typical Jyuken fighting stance as shown in the anime and stare at the dummy. I then bring my right leg upwards and to around hip height and then strike down onto the dummy's left knee. This buckles the clones knee and keeping my leg raised I twist my body so that my leg is centred to the dummy's chin. Then I quickly kick the dummy in the chin, knocking him back, then I kick him again sending him into the air. Then I return my leg to its original position and bring the palms of my hands together to the right side of my body. Then I focus my chakra into my right palm and once gathered I push forward with both my palms releasing all the chakra within my right palm, sending a blash of chakra which send the dummy flying backwards*

(you dont really need to push both your palms foward as its only your right hand which has it. You just imitate a palm strike with your hand that has the chakra, launching it foawrd while releasing the chakra stored in it but close enough xd )

*I take the generic Jyuken stance and focus on the dummy's chakra system. I then jab forward, striking a tenken in the dummy's chest with the index and middle fingers of my left hand, inserting chakra as I make contact and closing that tenken. I do this again but jabbing with my right hand at a tenken in the dummy's stomach, inserting chakra as I do so. I repeat this process over and over again, striking with alternate hands on different tenken in all areas of the dummy's body and closing them as I do so. I continue repeating this process until I have struck and closed 64 tenken.

I then step my left leg across again and as I bring my right foot around I release chakra from all of my tenken. I repeat the footwork pattern and push more and more chakra out upon each rotation. This creates a sphere around me that creates a crater in the ground*

Then as your clones throws the punch I move slightly to the side and grab his extended arm, then stepping around with my right leg I begin to pull him over. As he is being thrown I strike him three times in the back with my the index and middle fingers of my left hand. Once the third strike makes contact it send the clone flying forwards*

I then strike your clone in the stomach with the index and middle fingers of my right hand, closing the tenken I struck. I continue thi pattern until I reach 128 strikes*

I take the typical jyuken stance, then sprint at your clone with full speed. I then leap into the air and as I fly towards your clone I prepare my hands for a strike. Then as I come within range I strike your clone in the heart with the palm of my right hand

Jumping and striking is better than simply running and striking as there is greater speed added by gravity when you are dropping towards your opponent

Now i want you to strike my clone's heart with a quick and precise palm, causing him internal damage and temporarily paralasis. Then grab him by his chest and send him flying quickly followed by hiiting him with 3 air palms. The 3rd air palm should send him crashing into a plateau of stone where you will use another air palm to cause the plateau to collapse on him
