He means it exceeds the signature size limit.
Unfortunately you will have to either take it down, or resize it.

To be honest, all I see is a bg with render pasted in it and arranged with some glows

I agree with Nara.. It's a black backgrond with some renders stuck before it. and a couple of effects. Try to smudge, use one render sig size something like 300x150 blur it, brush it and add just a couple of effects. Tutorials are really good to learn some wicked stuff!
