Where have they gone?

I recently realized the old shinobi are very hard to come by.
The Hidden Leaf had
Danzo, the advisors, Hiruzen, The Elder Hyuga The Sannin and Sakumo. Of those only 3 old ninja are living.
The Sand Village had:
Chiyo and her brother
The Hidden Mist had:
The second Mizukage
The Hidden Cloud had:
The 3rd Raikage
A
The hidden Stone had:
Muu
Oonoki

So that's a total of 15 old characters of them 5 are living for sure.
The Hidden Leaf has: Tsunade and the advisors (we're not sure about the elder hyuga but he seems to be dead)
The Sand Village has: Chiyo's brother
The hidden Mist has no one
The Hidden Cloud has A
The Hidden Stone has Oonoki

My question is what happened to all of Tsunade's generation? Where is Hiruzen's generation?

I don't think all of them are dead. It's just they are not in the show. And yeah,where's Konohamaru's father? Who could it be? Masashi doesn't uncover this and I don't think we can make any conclusion without any evidence :-/
