Without furthure ado, I'd like to get things started off with: no one can disprove the Raikage CANNOT learns the gates... (as we don't have much intel on his full abilities as of yet). We DO know that one has to have a decent level of Taijutsu (yes Kakashi dabbles in the art as we know). Not sure if it can be disproven if Bee can posibally learn said gates... That to me is a 50/50, (yooooo, lol)

A more accurate example would be: no-one can disprove that like, X (example) can do X, but we DO know Y can <reason here>

Or more detailed would be: we know Guy can summon, but we CAN'T disprove that he C cannot summon larger beast, and add to the fact that he's supposedly not able to be even able to summon (from all detailed accounts, and he's unable to use Jutsu's) now this fact could be argued as we don't know UNTILL someone finds evidence to the contrary...

Le edit! Also, who is to say Guy cannot use summon BIGER turtles (he's proven to summon a messenger turtle at least in the anime before; didn't catch the manga version tho, so unless THAT one can be disproven ...)

So what comes to YOUR minds... Perhaps something about a tailed beast possibly be capable of something <inert example here>

It's also ironic that I was in the middle of eating said toast while posting said toast, not yet toasted to that tho.
