what would have happened if tobi never joined with kabuto?

I was just wondering because yeah we don't know how powerful tobi really is plus he had 100000 white zetsu clones but what was tobi gonna do if kabuto never joined forces with him and provided edo summons what i mean by that is well tobi would have still gone to war with or without kabuto and judging by what he said to kabuto which was "I'll reformulate my strategy after i confirm your battle strength" i'm guessing that things would have gone differently but the quetion is without the edo summons provided and yamatos dna to upgrade tobis zetsu clones making them more durable, being that the zetsu clones are weak and not really suited for battle how would tobi have dealt with the shinobi alliance by himself because one thing that would have still happened if kabuto never joined forces with tobi, is that the zetsus would have been wiped out by the alliance and narutos clones so what i'm wondering is how would tobi fair against the alliance plus naruto and bee?.

So he's at least as powerful as Nagato and probably slightly more so because some of his other jutsus.

I don't think Tobi would have been able to win without Kabuto. Naruto BM has the same amount of power as 5 tailed beast maybe more seeing as Kurama still has a ton of chakra left. Plus Hachibi. That mans Gedo Mazda is useless. Tobi and his rinnegan is old news seeing as Naruto faced Nagato and knows the rinnegan abilities. Also the Kages would be in this fight is it weren't for Madara.

Considering Tobi can't win regardless of whether Kabuto assists, I don't think much would be different. Tobi's plan all along seems to have been to use the Zetsu clones to lure Naruto out of his hole (since he anticipated Naruto would be able to sense emotions, and thus would be the SA's only hope), and in this he succeeded. The only difference is there would be fewer battles. Now, IF Tobi defeats naruto (which I don't think will happen), then one can argue that Tobi only won because Kabuto's ETs kept the major players (Kages) preoccupied. Also, Itachi's presence will like be a factor in Sasuke's fate, but we'll have to wait and see.

Are they fighting p? No right? Tobi is still using the bijuu's to fight Naruto. So that means Tobi can't be pushed to the limit. Yet.

With regards to Tobi's war efficacy, I'm sure he would've been fine (of course he's going to lose no matter who/what he has on his side, lol). This is not a traditional war (here the aim of Tobi is the capture of Bee and Naruto), and he's been planning this thing for a long ass time. I seriously doubt with his experience and knowledge he was just going to tank if not for the angelic appearance of Kabuto at his front door. No one significant on the alliance has even died, and they're steamrolling the ET's except for 1, ET Madara. Sure the ET Kages and a few others took time and some effort, but really it wasn't much given that no one died. When Nagato came to Konoha he killed Kakashi, a significant death (Also Tsunade ended up as a vegetable for a bit), yet out of all these battles with famously strong dead ninja, not one has produced a single significant death, lol. What's up with that?

As well, we have no idea what Tobi's original battle plans were. Thus, extrapolating his defeat from his current tactics (adopted for Kabuto and IWR), which is inevitable unless Naruto the manga is a shocker, is not possible without speculation as to Tobi's original tactics. We have no idea how significantly they differed.

The one negative I do feel certain about though is that would've been a lot more generic and redundant fighting possibly. The ET's add personality, background, story lines that clones of the White Zetsu just can't. For example, Muu vs. Onooki, Gaara against his father, ET Madara, etc. Granted, they also brought us the wonderful KinGin brothers.
