He's not stupid, but he isn't the one to just stay calm during battle and analyze his opponents. I gotta give it to Itachi.

I think Raikage is immune to genjutsu because he looked to Sasuke's MS and he knew about Sharingan's abilites. He knew Susano'o and he said that Sasuke's MS is different than Itachi's.

minato also looked in to tobi eyes so now is he immune to genjutsu. its just raikage is hot headed an dont care.

Itachi, with rather low difficulty. Since Ae likes to rush into his enemies and look into their eyes, Susanoo's early stages or Tsukuyomi will end this fight. Since Itachi has full control over Susanoo and can use its entire stages from the very beginning, Raikage won't be damaging it as easily as Sasuke's.

Owarij nicely explained why Raikage isn't any more resistant to Tsukuyomi than Kakashi - no matter how physically strong a person may be, they all have a normal, human mind, being their most vulnerable spot.

If Ae decides to launch an air attack, like he did against Sasuke, Amaterasu will end it as well.

You make a valid point, but Itachis MS can keep up with the speed of the Raikage and he can easily use Susanno on the raikage anyway.

You need to interrupt your chakraflow in order to end the Genjutsu, and while the chakraflow is interrupted, you are not able to use any Jutsu technique . And what means Raikage level? Let's start to talk about Itachis Anbuleader level at his 13 years.

Oh, I can say that indeed. I can also say that he'd defeat Mei with ease, since she has nothing to evade Amaterasu. Same goes for Tsunade. But that's another topic. For that I reason I said 'with rather low difficulty' instead of 'with ease', by the way.

I know how Genjutsu works, and I know how Raikage's Raiton no Yoroi works. But for it to be rendering Genjutsu useless is an unproven theory. Stimulating the nerves does not necessarily cancel Genjutsu, though it's a possibility. But since Tsukuyomi works instantly, there isn't much to cancel.
