Team 1 for sure. Think about it you have 3 summoners against 2 sakura don't have one yet that we know. Team 1 has way more jutsu than team 2 oro has edo tensei or how ever you spell it while team 2 has no sealing techs so you have team 1 and whoever oro wants too summon. And last sakura heals ain't on pair with tsunade yet.

Most of you haven't really explained your reasons for team two winning so I will take it with a grain of salt.

As for myself, I believe team 1 would win and here's why:

1) Since orochimaru is in his prime, any ninjutsu or taijutsu attacks will be rendered useless as he can continuously regenerate his body parts. So, i'll knock out naruto's jutsu's, sasuke's chidori and raikiri, and sakura's taijutsu out.

2) Orochimaru can use edo-tensei and summon the previous hokages which would provide enough of a challenge to team 2 to allow Jiraiya and Tsunade to deliver heavy damaging blows to sasuke, naruto and sakura.

3) Jiraiya's sage mode allows for the frog genjutsu to be used, which has the potential to capture all three team members of team 2 in the ultimate sound genjutsu. Remember that Jiraiya handled FIVE of Pein's puppets while casting it. I am sure he can handle three.

4) Tsunade's strength and rebirth technique goes without equal. She can't die, the only possible way she would lose is if she were caught in a genjutsu by sasuke, which, would be rendered ineffective since she knows how to cancel it, and if not, she has jiraiya and orochimaru to cancel it for her through disruption.

5) Jiraiya's scroll can seal amaterasu and his speed in sage mode would be increased, so if sasuke tried to amaterasu jiraiya, he would most likely miss. This is all while orochimaru and tsunade are on sasuke
.
6) If naruto tried to go into Bijuu mode and go close combat with tsunade, she would heal any wounds and counter him with her reflex technique to the neck. This would allow the summons from orochimaru (the first and second hokage), to take care of the fight and destroy him.

7) The second hokage's complete darkness technique would prevent sasuke from using his EMS. Let's say that sasuke could use it, naruto and sakura would be left alone... well, naruto MAY be able to sense chakra with his sage mode, but so would jiraiya.

All in all, this fight goes to the sannin for:

MORE VARIETY OF TECHNIQUES and PERFECT MATCHMAKING TEAM (superior taijutsu, ninjutsu, accelrated rebirth from tsunade and oro and superior genjutsu from jiraiya).

obviously he's able to use Edo, OP stated they had all abilities shown. Also, Oro losing has nt to do with it, i know he cant defeat everyone but a good majority

Id say team two..... Sasuke already defeat oro, and J man was defeated by pain and naruto took him out( I know that analogy doesnt really stand up in the naruto universe (shrugs)) and the lady will just be changing the terrain 24-7 with their crazy ass strength........ but then again team one would excel in teamwork, they were deemed the sannins(s/p) so there teamwork had to be uncanny..... team 2 is powerful but the lack of experience and the time lost building their teamwork could be a great disadvantage.

Its not all you need Jiraiya and Oro have genjutsu and naruto is horrible against that, you have to really break down all their powers and not just think that since he got Kurama he can beat every damn body
