What are these characters made off???

Well the title gives it away ... But to restate my exact question
WTh are some of these characters made off??

Im doing this thread because i want to make sure im not the only one thinking this while im watching naruto. I mean i think there are moments were we all kinda of think " he should have totally died there or sumthing"

Ex.

-Danzo and sasuke sword through the stomach

-naruto getting like 6 poles through the back by pain

-diedara getting those gaint kunai through wrist during fight with sasuke

-Oro getting cut in half by 4tail naruto

- pain flying into a wall head first at a gizillion miles an hour

These r just some examples. I no some of these characters have to live because of plot but putting that aside what do you think on this?? Plz dont tell me im alone on this XD

Chakra training has strengthened the body beyond that of normal humans. Bones, skin and organs alike are all honed to perfection. That's how I rationalize why people haven't broken bones or such. And the training also let them ignore pain.

And in the case of Naruto v. Pain, he went 9-tails and was healed.
