The title says it.
Team 1
3rd Raikage - He's as fast as A, if not faster. He is physically stronger than A, as stated before. He's seemingly stronger than A, by what he's shown. And he's one though guy if he can tank Rasenshuriken. He wrecked a large portion of one of the Allied Divisions pretty much by himself. And he was as strong as Gyuuki, the second strongest Bijuu. He's also edo by the way.

Muu - First of all, he's not all old with a messed up back, giving him an advantage over Onoki. He can fly. He's the original(?) use of Jinton, which can obliterate almost anything. And he can make himself invisible and almost completely untraceable. He's strong enough to cause Onoki to panic a little when learning that he was summoned. He's also edo.
VS
Team 2/Team Kage
A - He's one fast and tough guy. He can break a very early form of Susanoo (Kage Summit), and can almost keep up with Minato's FTG. Though not as strong as his father, he's definitely at least low-bijuu level, if not higher.
Onoki - Though he's an old geezer with a messed up back, he has a stone will and a powerful Jinton (dust release). The strongest current Kage, or second strongest. And he can also fly...not bad!
Gaara - We all know what Gaara can do. He has his sand protecting him. He can use it to fly, as a defense, or as an offense. Not to mention he can seal edos with his sand pyramid thingy, which might be useful.
Tsunade - She's stated to be physically stronger than A, which is saying something. The best medical ninja, and she has her own regeneration jutsu.
Mei - She has Suiton, Katon, and Doton. And she can use those to make Lava and Boil release. Having two KGs makes her a force to be reckoned with.
Who wins? And as stated before, 3rd Raikage and Muu are edos.
EDIT: I should have added the 2nd Mizukage (Trollkage) to Team 1 to make it a little more even...but oh well.
