Actually Susanoo didn't break there. Itachi turned it off. A broken Susanoo is still shown, if you look at Madara's broken Susanoo and Sasuke's.

Itachi was just running out of chakra and so turned it off. It is literally impossible for an elemental attack to break through Itachi's Susanoo because of the Yata mirror. It needs to be something like a TBB, because the Yata mirror reflects an and every elemental attack.

If you look at that scan you see Itachi's akatsuki Robe if Gone, Yet it was there befor kirin was Fired, Meaning Kirin did reach Itachi, Or he took it off a threw it away befor Kirin hit xd.

Or just Took it off a Layed facedown on the floor for Lulz.

It couldn't overwhelm the Yata mirror just because of how the Yata mirror works. Itachi could get tired though and drop Susanoo for a moment, but had he done that while Kirin was still there then he would have died. I'm not getting all of your points. He was alive so obviously it didn't break through.

If an odama rasengan couldn't break a ribcage why would a super rasengan work? Rasengan isn't getting past Susanoo.

People need to realise that baku's technique had the opposite effect of how techniques damage susano.

Baku's technique although a wind technique its a sucking attack, thats what left a hole a susano. It has the opposite effect to external attacks;

Gaara's statement isnt all that true though because depending on how strong the external attack is, it might get past susano dependant on its stage. We saw raikage with full force not leave a scratch on madara's v1. Him along with onoki broke v2, but it still stood and thats the version that is protecting madara from tsunade and Ao and onoki.

Im not sure how rs would fair against sasuke's v1 susano if molded with amaraterasu. Im certain amaterasu will take out majority of its sting before it reaches susano

it may not have broken through but it did push itachi past his limit to be able to sustain it wich is the same as braking it .....cuz once susanoo is down the mirror is gone also like i said if he has enough chakra to bring it back in it completed form that shows he wasnt out of chakra admit it already kirin took out his susanoo the proof it layed out in front of you how can u be in denial
