well madara can control naruto with the mokuton so it becomes sm naruto vs madara.
tobi can with ease, take on uchiha bros at once by himself. he either warps them like he warped sasuke or sicks gedo/jins on them. jinchuriki rinnegan shared vision makes close combat useless.
SM kabuto holds off nagato since he knows nagatos abilities. manda II can defeat nagatos animal path

yes...as far as we know only goku gave naruto any chakra.

Naruto was exhausted when he first started to fight Tobi yet he's currently winning plus was given power from the Jinchuurikis

Going with team one Madara and Tobi on the same team is over kill regardless of endo. 6 Jins, gedo mazo, Rin powers, mukton, mukton clones all with Rin and susanoo, susanoo, oh and let's not forget the "I'm make it rain bitch" meteors.

When you add kabuto it's to much I mean come on the man can take control of non living things like rocks and bend them to his will. Meaning the enviornment is his weapon.

Tobi and madara has negatos power plus more I don't see negato beating either. Naruto is to stupid to beat either maybe he can beat kabuto but not Tobi or Madara. Sasuke and Itachi were having trouble with kabuto so I doubt either could take on Tobi or Madara in there current state.
