Damn, I chose A in the poll, but I misread which Mizukage. I was thinking of the 3-tails Jinchuuriki.

But I'd really choose 2nd Mizukage. That guy was a badass. He even defeated the 2nd Tsuchikage, who was BEAST as an Edo. That deserves a cookie, even though they both ended up dying.

Neither could hurt the other. Joki Boy would not be able to catch or harm Raikage, and Raikage would not be able to find 2nd Mizukage.

A wouldn't even be dodging the Mizukage's actual attacks you idiot. A would be in a genjutsu which means the real Mizukage could manipulate him all he wants and catch him off guard.

Well even if A can't be touched by ordinary means, as long as he is in the 2nd Mizukage's genjutsu he's wide open.

It's because as long as A is in his genjutsu he's vulnerable. Unless I'm mistaken, even if A is blazing fast he wouldn't be able to dodge the Mizukage's real attacks if he's being manipulated by the genjutsu to see what's not really there

A would lose this imo. He would attack the visual illusion and waste his time with that and he doesn't have any real method of finding the clam.
While I do see the fact that he is a lightning user being some trouble for 2nd Mizukage, the fact that he won't find him is a big issue.

The 2nd Mizukage could also use Oil and make the ground around him super slippy, so if A got near, he end up on his ass. 2nd Mizukage could spam Jokey Boy and just keep blasting A till he can't take anymore.
