Madara is Madara... Just his name alone brings panic to those who hear...
I don't know exactly the real level Madara was while alive, even if Minato marks him I think it wouldn't be enough to kill him... And not underestimating sharingan, Madara could easily see Minato's move while Minato tries to go on offensive. And as much as I know sharingan can see enemies kinda moving in slow-mo... Tobi was a dump ass when fought Minato...

I don't say Minato would loose but I can't see how could he win.
