If he survived and continued to grow and hone his skills he would easily be on par with Kakashi after the 3 year time skip. Haku was a ridiculous genius.




Not to mention he uses Hyoton Release and can turn water into ice. The more water Kisame makes the more ice Haku could generate - Kisame's water turns into Haku's weapon.

I totally agree. Haku would probably loose but you never know. It also matters on the terrain. if it was a very watery terrain haku may be able to pull it off.
