Itachi's Izanami- Can it change Sasuke?

We haven't seen Izanami yet, BUT, was it already used?
Itachi explained to Sasuke that Izanami "determines ones destiny" which could mean it can change a person's lifestyle (not sure if I'm correct) and that may be the reason we've been getting flashback chapters because Itachi already used it .
So if it's reflecting on Kabuto do you think that Itachi will use it on Sasuke for the war and fate? :shrug:

I believe that Sasuke has already changed his mind by only seeing his brother again but he just doesn't say it.I think that Sasuke is going to save the kages and fight against Madara.
I don't know what Itachi is planing it will be cool

You have to tell it all though. Naruto said that since Itachi was revived that he can meet up with Sasuke and bring him back to the light. Itachi declined and said he had his chance with Sasuke and failed and that he would leave Naruto to that task. Everything has changed now since Itachi and Sasuke ran into each other. We can tell by what Itachi is saying right now would be his words of wisdom to Sasuke. Also IF Itachi doesn't get sealed or w/e before telling Sasuke the entire truth about his actions then that is probably the only way Sasuke would go back to darkness entirely. I doubt it though. I think Itachi will release himself as Sasori and Sai's brother did since their minds were free from Kabuto's control.

what? itachi never killed the clan for sasuke's safety ..

he killed the clan to prevent a coup de tat and possible great ninja war


Then he protected sasuke from danzo and the rest of them , by blackmailing danzo...

Plot won't allow him to use it on Sasuke. But I do agree that I think it's possible Sasuke may've already changed his beliefs, but is still planning to die by Naruto's hand. So he will not reveal his true feelings.

I also get the feeling that Itachi will leave Sasuke to Naruto.

However, I'd be extremely disappointed if Itachi didn't at least TRY to convince Sasuke, both for Sasuke's own sake and for the sake of Konoha. He doesn't have to say much just...say that he's disappointed with the choice or something.

I'm pretty sure in that scene Itachi remembers Naruto because of Naruto's will to protect and he is being guided by his friends(Sasuke). That's why Itachi had that smile on his face because he knows that in Naruto's path, saving Sasuke was a goal of his. He's basically saying Sasuke is wrong.

Scenery shows Itachi and Sasuke (Itachi is blind because he used twoeyes his izanami) and Itachi telling the truth about what happened that night.And when Itachi is finished...Sasuke says: thanks Itachi about telling me the truth.

I think something like this will happen:
Izanami is successful, Kabuto releases Edo Tensei. Itachi leaves Sasuke's path on his own and tells him the truth and drifts away. Sasuke heads towards Naruto vs Tobi and said his true purpose was to do what was right to the village, save it from Edo Tensei, then destroy it. Naruto can't let Sasuke destroy it so we might get to see Naruto vs Sasuke.
