Yeah, def Akatsuki ever really been far even as decided use even go want to do look more like.

And before Akatsuki, when they had to capture tailed beasts, had to hold back some of their powers because they couldnt kill the jinchuriki, so if they can just kill them, itd be too easy. and there are more akatsuki members than tailed beasts.

Does Akatsuki have Tobi? If so, Akatuski can beat all 9 low-mid diff, whether Tobi has Rinnegan or not.
Anyways, add Naruto if Akatsuki's going for the kill. Pain or Nagato can kill Naruto, but he did fail to capture Naruto (then again, that was because he fought Konoha before that...). Itachi can kill Bee, he might even be able to capture him alive. The rest of the Akatsuki should be able to kill the rest of the Jinchuuriki mid diff.
