Here's what I think would happen (everyone at full power):

Sasuke vs Asuma, Jugo, Kurenai, Suigetsu, Neji, Sakura, Shikamaru, Kiba, Shino, Ino, Karin

Naruto: vs Kakashi, Gai, Baki, Gaara, Sai, Kankuro, Temari, Lee, Hinata, Choji, Tenten

So its Naruto vs eleven
Sasuke vs eleven

Naruto would quickly take out Sai, Hinata, Choji, Baki, Kankuro, and Tenten due to poor matchup. Leaving Naruto vs 5

Sasuke would quickly take out Asuma, Jugo, Kurenai, Sakura, Shikamaru, Kiba, Shino, and Karin due to bad matchup. Leaving Sasuke vs Neji, Suigetsu, and Ino.

Naruto would defeat Lee and Temari next. Due to Lee being slower and weaker than Naruto isand Naruto speed blitzing and knocking temari's fan out of her hands. Leaving Naruto vs Gai, Kakashi, and Gaara.

Sasuke would kill Ino next, but have trouble doing so. He's better than her in everyway, but obviously he had to fight neji and Suigetsu from capturing him so Ino can mind transfer jutsu him.

Naruto still has trouble verses these three, seeing how Gaara is long range, Kakashi is mid ranged, and Gai is close ranged.

Sasuke than uses susanoo and kills neji and Suigetsu.

Naruto than kills Gai, Gaara, and finally Kakashi.

Naruto's health meter is about 40%, while Sasuke's is 60% (due to him fighting weaker enemies).

Than these two fight with Sasuke having 15% health left and Naruto dying.

TBH, even if Naruto and Sasuke could take them on. TBM Naruto would easily take Sasuke, seeing as we haven't seen anything from Sasuke showing that he would take a TBB.

Even without them, they can't win. If i was following your scenario, just to take care of Suigetsu it won't be easy for Sasuke cuz of his abilities. Susanoos arrows or Amaterasu could be useless. The only chance here is too beat him when he solidify or to use raiton. The time he defeats Suigetsu, Shikamaru knowing his intellect could take advantage of this to capture him with Kage mane and by this time, Ino use her jutsu to take control of Sasuke and Sasuke is dead. In the worse case, Ino kills herself so she dies along with Sasuke.

By the other side, Lee open 5gates(so far we've seen it's the most he can), Choji goes to Butterfly mode, Gaara with his sand to protect them, and they could keep up with him, when Naruto could be overwhelmed, and with Sais attacking by distance and prepare his seal jutsu to deal with Naruto. The others are not even needed.

And that's only a case scenario where i overrated Naruto and Sasuke and where i thought they could last more than 5minutes against all of them.
