One shunshin no jutsu kills Kakuzu, Hidan, Sasori, Deidara, Zetsu, Kisame(won't get the chance to bring out Samehada)

Narutof forms a clone which shreds Orochimaru with Rasenshuriken killing him. Naruto forms another clone which uses super speed to go behind Susanoo and destroy it with Rasenshuriken creating and opening for a super shunshin+rasengan to kill Itachi. Nagato and Tobi will be left. Naruto sends clone to attack Nagato, clone gets close after using suuper speed to avoid all summons(including Gedo Mazo)and throws a. Normal shuriken covered in explosive tags on him, he'll have to repel it as Naruto's speed won't allow for dodging then he'll be in his interval then another clone does the same thing, he can't dodge it, can't absorb it, can't block it, can't repel it, he's finished. Tobi is left then Naruto just forms a clone that goes to attack Tobi, Tobi passes through him then goes for the real Naruto to absorb him, when he solidifies to do this Naruto's clone super shunshins and kills him in that instant, similar combo with his Dad's but different application,
Naruto just solo'd the entire Akatsuki.
Probabaly won't be this easy but Naruto can actually do it.
