Does Tobi have MS or not?

Okay, I've been wondering about this for a while, ever since the flashback with Minato fighting Tobi, and Tobi taking control of Kurama.

Look at the one on the bottom left, is that just the 3 tomoe expanding on Kurama's eye?

Like i said, it could just be the sharingan dilating. Also, he did state he had Senju dna, so if i'm not mistaken you can control Kurama w/o Ms if you have Senju dna as well as sharingan.

It's just hard to believe that probably the strongest person in the manga right now (or at least one of them) doesn't even have MS. Opinions?

I wasn't trying to be nasty, but actually I do have a brain, I was just throwing out an unlikely theory to see what you people think.

Also, who knows? We don't know much about Tobi, some people actually think he's Obito..

Edit: Kakashi didn't kill a best friend for his Ms.

True, but isn't it possible that you can control Kurama with 3tomoe if you have senju dna? I believe Tobi stated he had senju dna during his fight with Konan.

Kurama is shown with a 3-Tomoe sometime during his rampage. Tobi used a 3-Tomoe against Minato.
