China bullying Philippines!!

China is claiming that they own the Spratly Island and Scarborough Shoal, these two little islands are located near the Philippines.

The Philippines knows too well the might of China and demands for International arbitration to settle the dispute. But instead, China sent its best naval force to show strength. Evidently, China is not going to give up her claim over the entire South China Sea (West Philippine Sea), peacefully or otherwise.

The only thing that is deterring China – momentarily — from attacking the Spratlys is the US-Philippine Mutual Defense Treaty, on the presumption that the US would come to the aid of the Philippines if the latter invoked the Mutual Defense Treaty.

If things, will go out of hand... this could spark WWIII.

I'm not insulting any country or race..

China and Philippines had a good relationship since before Spanish conquistadors discovered the Philippines. Trading all sorts of things from silk, beads, spices..so on and so forth.

But one bloody incident changed everything.. 2 years back, a deranged police man hi-jacked a Hong-Thai bus carrying several Hong-kongers! Philippines wasn't able to defuse the situation, and later became a blood bath... saw the documentary at the History Channel. Very well presented, that will make you think twice of going to the Philippines. Since I'm going for Asian women.. it's one of my destination, after S.Korea!!!

China is bullying the Philippines to even the score. Giving hard time to the current government.
