Ryuuzetsu does she have the rinnegan?

When watching blood prison i kept looking at ryuuzetsu and thinking does she have the rinnegan and i just want confirmation on wether it is rinnegan or something simmilar also does she look like fu to you?

Well if you look at the Sage of Sixth Path son his Rinnegan looks completely different from Nagato's.
I know that his son didn't have like a full Rinnegan or anything.

I'm not saying that she may have had a diluted form of a Rinnegan but I wouldn't scoff at the idea of it.
