Itachi is a calm and collected character not a badass. Kakuzu is nearly 100 years old and turns his hand to stone so he can rip the hearts out of shinobi....sounds pretty badass. Itachi gives shinobi a wink of his mangekyou sharingan and puts people in a daydream....not badass.

also in that fight i dont remember itachi having a hard time, i remeber bee and naruto making a fuss and itachi being the calm cool genius he was found the reningan's blind spot, saved bee and naruto, destroyed the chibaku tensei and then sealed nagato with ease

so idk wtf you are talking about, compared to itachi nagato is weak sauce

FACEPALM, first of all explain to me what reason tobi didnt attack konoha agian becuas im pretty sure he did.....like twice.And itachi needed bee and narutos help to destroy the thing becuase his attack wasnt strong enough on his own (said it himself) and one more thing, idc how SMART itachi is he doesnt have the power to be the strongest character. Trust me if he had the power of like a tailed beast im pretty sure hed be the most powerful character alive right now but hes just a really really smart kage rank ninja....if he didnt outsmart most of his opponets he would run out of chakra and die or get overwhelmed by most of the people he has faced. just like neji and shikamaru, itachi lacks raw power

lol i didnt say itachi was most powerful character i said he is baddest in akatsuki and he can wipe the floor with nagato

idc how powerful nagato is he cant escape itachi sword of totsuka and it dont matter if itachi needed help destroying it, fact is he figured out how to and all he really needed to do was kill or seal nagato to end the technique
my guess is he really wanted to see wat the reningan was capable of which is why he stood from a far an watch as bee and naruto embarrass themselves
