WTH Tsunade is highly underestimated here. She is pretty immortal. That's the mainly difference with Sakura apart from the fact she is much more powerful. So even if she gets hit, she won't die. I believe she will crush them all. The only problem could be maybe Temari, but she will win without a doubt.
Its not that she is underestimated.
This is what she is up against:
Sakura: monster strength and medical capabilities similar to her own.
Ino: Also a capable medic ninja with the ability to transfer into her mind.
Hinata: Posseses the Byakugan. Eight trigrams techniques that target the chakra system are unhealable.
Tenten: Weapons master and Long range specialist. Capable of raining thousands of weapons down on her opponent.
Temari: Also a long range specialist. Has very powerful and destructive wind jutsus capable of leveling forests.
Karin: A ninja with very powerful sensory abilites and healing capabilities.
Even with Tsunade's incredible healing jutsu she probably won't have enough chakra to last out this group. After all, she isn't much of a combative type of ninja, though she needs to be able to defend herself if necessary.
