Kimimaro was on the same generation with Juugo, Sasuke, Suigetsu and others. Itachi and Nagato and even all of them in your list are actually not between 10-14 also, but we're talking about when they were younger. Deidara for example is younger than Itachi. He was 19 when he died.

It was only a typing error xd I wanted to say, there are kids stronger than the one you have listed who didn't appear in your list. And yes, i believe for example Kimimaro between 10-14 was stronger than Sasuke or Naruto. He died when he was 15.
