Sakura's punch, it'd be over too fast to say I felt anything. Rasengan is survivable , it essentially grinds against your body. That's not cool.

there are two ways how we can understand this question:
1. from which one you would like to get hit (because its less deadly)?
2. which one is more deadly?
so please explain what you mean with your question
if its 1. then i would say from the rasengan
you still have a chance to survive when you got hit by a rasengan

but if its 2.
i would say sakura
she can destroy the ground like its nothing
and probably she improved a lot since then
her punch would destroy our ribcage and organs xd
