That isn't fair at all giving Jiraiya Ma and Pa as they can both use jutsus themselves.
You should limit their jutsu usage to just allowing J-man into sage mode

IMO, Jiraiya wins mid-high difficulty.

Jiraiya has jutsu such as Dark Mud Swamp that can slow Naruto down, if not stop his movements. Also Ma and Pa's genjutsu is really powerful. He also knows the Rasengan and Giant Rasengan.

I think limiting Ma and Pa is ridiculous as it is a part of Jiraiya's Sage Mode (Goemon, Hair Needle Senbon, etc.), it is the Kyuubi's fault that Naruto is not afforded the same opportunity but Kurama makes genjutsu pointless against Naruto as Kurama could disrupt Naruto's chakra. But Jiraiya's jutsu are just one a different level than Naruto's. He summons Gamabunta and Toil Oil Flame Bullet full power would end Naruto. Wild Lion's Mane would also cause trouble for Naruto, Jiraiya also posses an unnamed Barrier that kills when it is entered, Iirc it took down the human path.

If Naruto (who is younger than Jiraiya) in Sage Mode can defeat the Six Paths of Pain (Pein) without using Ma and Pa then i strongly believe Naruto would win, as Jiraiya could only kill one.

Sage Jman very high dif. He didn't get the 'perfect' sage mode like naruto, but he is far more used to using it and has a way larger arsenal of techniques. Also his doesn't run out.

Naruto is complete sage mode, but Jiraiya has displayed as a way stronger and more skilled Sage Mode user....

So if it depends on SM then i will hand it to Jiraiya

Jiraiya died fighting Pain, because he was fighting and trying to figure out how Pain worked at the same time.

I think Jiraiya in SM would win. By the way, to the person who said that the 9-tails could disrupt Naruto's chakra, this is SM only, not taking into account the kyuubi. Also disrupting your chakra does not work on that frog genjutsu.

Naruto might have the speed and strength in his favor in SM, but Jiraiya has a way larger arsenal and battle smarts to go along with it.

Jiraiya would take this in my opinion.

Giving Jiraiya ma and pa is overkill. With no ma/pa for either Jiraiya would still probably win, but with them he has access to frog song genjutsu, that binding tongue thing ma has, that slashing wind thing pa has, and the combo attack (oil+fire+wind). Add this to his existing hair techs, dark swamp, toad barrier, toad-transforming hand, shadow mimic, etc, and Jiraiya wins low-mid dif. He has all the same summons and rasengan techs (besides rasenshruikan) as Naruto, and then a sh*tload more techniques... and then ma and pa as well. J-man owns.
