It will burn his chakra cloak. if it was able to penatrate a damn toads stomack and a a wall, common sense should tell you it will burn the hell out of it. Also if Sasuke masters the ability to hold izanagi for 10 mins like tobi.. then it wouldn't matter how many tbb naruto can cast, though I doubt Sasuke can use it anyways. A only escaped because he cut his damn arm off. and Sasuke didn't put it it was A himself. If Sasuke put it himself on him all of A would have been gone...

No dojutsu can distinguish Shadow clones from the original since they're not made of any other substance like, say, Rock or Wood Clones. The Sharingan cannot do so.
