You do realize we've only seen Bee use his 7 Sword-style only once, right? So how does "Bee always getting his butt kicked" have anything to do with his kenjutsu mastery? The only fool here is you.

The best swordsman, even if it's purely kenjutsu, has to be Bee. I don't see how Mifune or anyone else tops him. His ability to handle 7 sword just as easily as if he had 7 hands is unrivaled. It's not about quantity. It's about skill.
Not to mention Bee can wield them fast enough and swift enough to even overwhelm Sasuke's Sharingan. If that doesn't get the point across that he's one fierce swordsman, I don't know what does.
