Itachi vs Tobi ( Read First Before Flaming )

Hi! This is my first VS thread. I know some haters are irritated to see Itachi VS _____ threads, but sorry guys, here it is again.

Perfectly Healthy Itachi VS Plain-old Tobi (Only his S/T Jutsu. No other powers)

So, who would win?

Itachi would hit him with a tsukuyomi which tobi can't just go intangible through xd so anyways he's of minato's caliber so he can think of something

Only way Itachi could win is by sealing Tobi with his sword i believe

Genjutsu is a non factor if Tobi wants to control all humans with tsukuyomi on the moon i doubt Itachi could use genjutsu on him

Amaterasu can be countered with his intangibility thing (he already survived one amaterasu attack) and that one was even unexpected he let his guard down certainly in a battle against Itachi he will be ready for amaterasu

On the other hand tobi could warp him in his dimension (what happens then is not sure)
U really need speed on the same level as him to beat "normal Tobi" otherwise he has to much time to go intangible

k i think that itachi is strong but tobi prob high diff, and here are the reasons:

-tobi cant be affected by amaterasu
-tobi could just literally pull itachi out out susano'o
-his taijutsu isnt to shabby as seen against 2 root agents (fu/torune)
-he is quite smart seeing as how he pulls of many of his plans so far and my even rival itachi's intelligence
-his extraodinary s/t
-once again his knowledge= about itachi and the sharingan

itachi would put up a damn good fight cuz he is strong but...yeah

he want to do that when he become the juubi jinchuriki, but like the manga stated only an uchiha can break tsukoyomi so that jutsu is NO....NO

and also its quite easy to figure out how tobi intangibility work, even fuu and torune, kakashi and yamato who only meet tobi know how it works, and we know itachi know tobi for a long time.

Itachi wins. I mean he nearly killed Tobi after he got killed by planting an Amaterasu on Sasuke, that's just smart. Even though it's a rough choice, I still go for Itachi. Tobi is really impressive and he's cunning as hell, and if I'm not mistaken there have been a few signs of Tobi fearing Itachi a little.
Itachi won't manage using genjutsu well, Tobi knows what he's up against and he's smart too.

it didnt even phase tobi. how is that nearly killing him? if he had to try via such dirty tactics then obviously nothing else would have worked
